     1. Product design. Design is the key to determining the health of a product. When doing product design, it is necessary to conduct sufficient demand research, market research, feasibility analysis, etc. This is the prerequisite to ensure product quality.

      2. Process control. Quality is not tested, but process control. Systematic training for purchasing personnel, strict screening of sub-suppliers, strict inspection of purchased materials, strict production of products according to standardized procedures, strict inspection of finished products, repeated debugging until fully qualified before leaving the factory... I believe that each of these procedures The company is doing it all, but has each process been 100% done in strict accordance with the requirements? .

     3. Full participation. This is a very important factor in ensuring product quality. Quality is by no means a matter of quality management or technical department, from management to ordinary employees, everyone must have a strong sense of quality and truly participate in it. Therefore, the company must train all employees, strengthen quality awareness, formulate the flow of each process and require strict implementation.
