On August 9, 2013, Xinzhou Rifa trolley-type annealing furnace was delivered. The annealing furnace is 12 meters long, 6 meters wide, and 5 meters high. The maximum furnace capacity is 60t/furnace, and the monthly processing capacity is 600 tons. The maximum processing temperature is 900°C. Its clay refractory wall, as well as the side walls and furnace roof composed of high-purity ceramic fiber prefabricated steel plate skeletons, not only increase the strength of the furnace body, but also effective heat preservation; the lift door that is raised and lowered by an electric hoist, The weight and sliding fit of the furnace door can be used to achieve self-weight compaction; the furnace trolley dragged by the hoist is convenient for loading and unloading castings.

       With the launch of the annealing furnace, the performance of Xinzhou Rifa castings is expected to be further improved. Through heat treatment, the stress in the casting can be reduced or eliminated in a short time, the strength and hardness of the casting can be improved, and the stability can be improved.
