General Manager Yu Haiyun and General Manager He Xuping respectively expounded their views on Rifa Company’s advantages, sub-supplier team building, cooperation principles, supplier’s manufacturing quality and manufacturing capabilities, etc. Representatives from Rifa’s External Inspection Department and Quality Control Department presented to the meeting The sub-supplier clarified Rifa's quality requirements. Sub-suppliers representatives Ningbo Wuye Material Development Co., Ltd., Fenghua Shiguang Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Zhongdasmike Electrical and Electronic Co., Ltd. also spoke at the meeting.  

Relying on the principle of "openness, fairness, justice and integrity", Rifa has established cooperative relations with suppliers on the basis of a win-win situation. General Manager Yu Haiyun said when talking about the cooperative relationship of good faith: If an enterprise violates the principle of good faith, it will eventually perish. If a person violates the principle of good faith, then this person will be isolated and helpless and have no place in society. In the past few years, Rifa is obvious to all. Rifa emphasizes integrity. We are willing to cooperate with companies that emphasize integrity, and it is a long-term cooperation. Rifa is constantly developing high-tech, high-precision new products, a large number of sub-suppliers are constantly joining our team, and some unqualified sub-suppliers are gradually being eliminated. Mr. Yu requires all sub-suppliers to be willing to spend money on equipment, and to regard quality as the life of the enterprise, and jointly maintain Rifa's reputation; everyone cooperates with integrity and grows together.  

General Manager He Xuping made a speech at the meeting on "Co-build Rifa Alliance and Strive for World-renowned Brands". He analyzed the advantages of Rifa in seven aspects. Based on Rifa's advantages, after several years of hard work, Rifa's brand is already a well-known brand in China. In the future, market competition will shift from product competition to brand competition, and the advancement and development of science and technology will make it no longer technology or products to distinguish companies from competitors, but the relationship between the company and the customer, the customer service. Mr. He requires all sub-suppliers to establish a good brand awareness and concept, with excellent quality, jointly shape the brand image of Rifa, and create a world-class brand.  

Rifa is a dumbbell-shaped enterprise. Although some core components are produced by ourselves, most of the components are supplied by hundreds of sub-suppliers. The convening of this meeting enabled Rifa Group to communicate well with the sub-suppliers, and let the sub-suppliers understand Rifa’s quality management system, brand awareness and cooperation principles with the sub-suppliers. This will surely enhance the quality awareness of all sub-suppliers, rationally arrange the production tasks in 2003, and pave the way for the realization of Rifa’s 2003 business plan.
