The RFRS10 rotor spinning machine successfully developed by our company is leading in the country and has reached the current international advanced level of semi-automatic rotor spinning machines. The semi-automatic splicing technology has filled the domestic gap. The machine is highly praised by users for its top-notch technical performance such as the highest rotor speed of 90,000 rpm, uniform yarn formation, wide range of suitable spinning, and large package structure. Rotor spinning is a model of high-tech applications in the spinning industry. At present, the number of rotor spinning equipment in the world has reached 8 million spindles, accounting for 5% of the world’s ring spinning equipment spindles, while my country has only 600,000 spindles, accounting for only 2% of the total number of ring spinning equipment in my country. The machine has a bright future. Since November 1999, our company has organized research and development of rotor spinning technology and equipment. The RFRS10 rotor spinning machine project is the first successful project managed completely in accordance with the project since our company implemented the management reform.
