产品简介
采用整体床身HT250-300高强度树脂砂铸造,并经时效处理,床身、立柱、横滑座、工作台成C型布局,基础牢固,框架稳定。
The integral bed ht250-300 high-strength resin sand is used for casting, and after aging treatment, the bed, column, sliding seat and worktable form a C-shape layout, with firm foundation and stable frame.

  • 1. 采用整体床身HT250-300高强度树脂砂铸造,并经时效处理,立柱固定,横滑座,移动工作台的L型布局,基础牢固,框架稳定。

    2. X,Y,Z三轴采用直线滚动导轨的机型,具有低噪声,低磨阻的特点,动态响应灵敏,精度稳定性高,适合于大批量的高精度加工;

    3. X,Y,Z三轴采用预拉伸结构,增强刚性、抵消热变形,提高精度

    4. 伺服进给系统采用全数字式交流伺服电机驱动,高精度滚珠丝杠直接传动,预拉伸结构,增加系统刚性,降低热变形。

    5. 炮筒式主轴组件,整体装调,维修方便,快捷 。

    6. 温控主轴,主轴套筒外设有循环槽,供恒温冷却使用,从而保持加工中主轴温升最低,确保加工精度稳定。(选择功能)。

    7. 主轴配置位置编码器,除实现精确定向外,还具有刚性攻丝功能。

    8. 稳定可靠的自动刀具交换系统(ATC),配置机械凸轮式刀库与机械手,动作由机械凸轮控制,换刀迅速可靠,   快速机械凸轮换刀供选, 换刀时间为1.8秒。

    9. 选用进口滚珠丝杆和NSK、SKF、FAG主轴轴承和丝杆轴承;精选性能优良的机电液元件,确保机床的可靠性完整   的冷却排屑防护功能,采用先进的PRO/E软件进行整机外观造型设计。

    2. the X, y and Z axes adopt the model of linear rolling guide rail, which has the characteristics of low noise and low wear resistance, sensitive dynamic response and high precision stability, and is suitable for high-precision processing in large quantities;

    3. x, y and Z axes adopt pre stretching structure to enhance rigidity and offset thermal deformation

    4. the servo feed system is driven by AC servo motor and directly driven by lead screw to improve the transmission accuracy.

    5. the barrel type spindle assembly is installed and adjusted as a whole, and the maintenance is convenient and fast.

    6. temperature controlled spindle. The spindle sleeve is equipped with a circulating groove outside for constant temperature cooling, so as to keep the spindle temperature rise to the lowest during processing and ensure stable processing accuracy. (optional)

    7. the spindle is equipped with a position encoder, which not only realizes the precise determination, but also has the function of rigid tapping.

    8. a stable and reliable automatic tool exchange system (ATC) is equipped with a mechanical cam type tool magazine and a manipulator. The action is controlled by the mechanical cam. The tool change is rapid and reliable, and the tool change time is 1.8 seconds.

    9. imported ball screw (THK, NSK, HIWIN, PMI) and big brand spindle bearings and screw rod bearings (NSK, SKF, FAG) shall be selected.
