采用高刚性小龙门立壁框架箱式对称结构，工作台直接支承在床身导轨上，整机刚性强。

1．采用高刚性小龙门立壁框架箱式对称结构，工作台直接支承在床身导轨上，整机刚性强。
2．主轴采用台湾梳格高速电主轴，最高转速可达36000rpm;电主轴轴承采用油气润滑，主轴外套采用恒温冷却,确保主轴运行稳定可靠。
3． X、Z轴导轨采用日本THK的SRG滚柱导轨，Y轴导轨采用THK的NRS滚珠导轨。
4．三轴丝杆均采用日本THK的高速精密丝杆，采用预拉伸结构和FAG精密轴承支承。
5．配置摇篮式双轴高精度数控回转台，可进行空间复杂曲面精密加工。
6．机床X轴防护罩采用高速风琴防护罩结构,Y轴采用不锈钢带连杆机构的高速防护罩结构,Z轴防护罩直接用钣金罩防护,三轴坐标快速移动速度最高可达48米/分。
7．机床排屑采用床身两侧螺旋式自动排屑加后端链板式自动排屑的方式。
8．刀库标准采用ATC高速机械凸轮式刀库，多种刀库供选。
9．标配刀具外冷系统和床身冲屑装置。
10．主轴选配中心冷却系统 ,中心出水压力可达20ba.
