At 6 pm on November 27, 2012, this was a special moment that touched the hearts of all employees of Xinzhou Rifa Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinzhou Rifa"). After passing 3 intermediate frequency furnaces and 1 cupola Working together for 16 hours in a row, a world-class casting with a gross weight of 100 tons—the mine cement millstone was cast off the assembly line here. This is the second 100-ton large casting completed by Xinzhou Rifa within one month.

        Xinzhou Rifa is a joint venture subsidiary established by Zhejiang Rifa Digital Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. and Kofiya Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd. in Xinzhou, Shanxi in July this year. Its products mainly cover large-scale ductile iron such as wind power equipment, mining machinery, and export water pumps. Gray cast iron such as machine tool parts and diesel engine blocks. The establishment and operation of the company took over all the casting orders for the Loesche cement mill from Loesche, Germany, the world's largest cement vertical roller mill manufacturer. Among them are two mine cement grinding discs weighing nearly 100 tons. In China, there are only a handful of manufacturers that can undertake this business, and the technical difficulty can be imagined. This is undoubtedly a severe test for Xinzhou Rifa. In the face of challenges, all employees of the company, under the leadership of general manager Zhang Xiangrong, have united and overcome many difficulties. From the approval of drawings to the production of molds, from raw material preparation to molten iron casting, from process inspection to final acceptance, all links have been carried out. Careful and meticulous deployment, not letting go of any link that may go wrong. Finally, two 100-ton grinding discs were cast on November 5 and November 27 respectively, and passed the strict inspection procedures. The quality of the products fully met the customer's requirements and will be delivered to customers in the near future.

         The successful casting of 100 tons of castings indicates that Xinzhou Rifa has successfully entered the system operation stage, and this has also become another new starting point for Rifa Digital in the process of expanding and strengthening the enterprise. Xinzhou Rifa will become a new star in the foundry industry, shining at the foot of Wutai Mountain, adding luster to China's foundry industry.
