Our requirements
Our product range covers the CNC machine tools and bearing industry automation. We need various bearings costing about 50000000RMB/year, precision casing 5000 tons/year and various electric components costing 80000000RMB/year. At present, we have total about 500 suppliers working as our partners, but we are expecting the ones more professional and more competitive.
We need total amount of 3-5 hundred million RMB for following materials:
Cooperation processing：
1. Mechanical processing including disc-type workpiece, axle-type workpiece, gears, wheels, box-type workpiece and etc.
2. CNC spindle processing
3. Cooperation processing of the double-column parts (professional suppliers are preferred)
?4. HT250、HT300 castings（professional suppliers are preferred）
5. Fixtures, jigs of the CNC lathe, machining center
Sourcing as bought-in:
1. Electric type( converter, PLC, low-voltage electric parts, man-machine interface)
2. Transmission type （guide ways, screw, tool changer, CNC 4-axes ）
3. CNC machines tools general parts

6. Bearings（Imported or national, or special bearings）
